I am frequently asked to describe the mission and skillset of MidCity.  We say that we have vision, we are innovative, we can execute, etc.  Those are all true but one term “highest and best use” seems to say it all to me.  This somewhat academic term focuses on potential changes to a property and if those changes are; one, financially feasible and will yield the best risk adjusted financial return, two, physically possible, and three, are legally allowable (currently zoned or rezoned).  Whether for our own account or in an advisory role, we excel at bringing properties to their highest and best value.
