The Griffin Co. has sold its own headquarters, Perimeter Place, an 82,800- square-foot office building at 800 Mount Vernon Highway in the Central Perimeter market. The buyer is Jackson Oats Shaw Corporate Real Estate, the upstart real estate investment firm that rounded up a bunch of money in 2004 to buy commercial properties throughout Atlanta.
