The Griffin Co. has begun development of 50 Old Ivy in Buckhead. The group is seizing the momentum from its final office condominium sale at the adjacent 34/38 Old Ivy development next to Hal’s restaurant Located at the intersection of Habersham and Old Ivy roads, 50 Old Ivy is an 11,600-square-foot, two-story office condominium.
