MidCity Welcomes Audubon to 5616 Peachtree

ATLANTA, GA (October 17, 2022) – MidCity Real Estate Partners welcomes its newest Tenant, Audubon, a strategic real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, development, management, and investment of multifamily properties throughout the Southeast. Completed in 2020, 5616 Peachtree is an adaptive reuse loft office in Downtown Chamblee, GA.
