A New Home Depot Will Open in Northeast Venice

The Venice Planning Commission has approved a Home Depot location at the Venice Crossing Commercial Center on Laurel Road. The development includes an 11.29-acre parcel with a 106,651-square-foot store, an accompanying 28,156-square-foot garden center and a parking lot.

 

The shopping center will also feature a Walmart, Panda Express, a car wash facility, and Laurel Civic, which is relocating from the Sandra Sims Terry Community Center. The Home Depot site plan includes two entrances from Twin Laurel Boulevard.
