Located in Alpharetta, GA this award winning, 10 building mixed-use town center project expands downtown Alpharetta across Main Street and adjacent to the new Alpharetta City Hall and Fulton County Library. The public-private project includes 75,000 SF of retail and restaurants, 42 single family homes, 168 luxury apartments and 36,000 SF of Class A office space. Winner of ULI’s Excellence of Town Center Development, ULI’s People’s Choice of Public Realm and Atlanta Regional Commissions Development of Excellence, the apartments and retail component of the $100 million project were sold to CBRE Global Investors in 2019. MidCity served as Master Developer. After envisioning the project in 2014, MidCity secured three development partners for the private components of the project.

Located at Barfield Road, Mount Vernon Highway, and GA 400, the 9.4-acre site was redeveloped from a Ford Automobile Dealership to a mixed-use property zoned for 370,000 SF of office/retail buildings and 130 residential units currently known as the Promenade at NorthPlace. In 2004, NorthPlace was Runner-Up for the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Best in Atlanta Real Estate Award – Mixed –Use Category” Please see NorthPlace in Current Projects.

The landmark property in Lady’s Island, SC consists of 20 acres located on a peninsula adjacent (connected by the Woods Memorial Bridge) to historic downtown Beaufort, SC. From 2016 – 2018, MidCity worked with the City of Beaufort on new zoning and a public/private partnership to create a public park within the development. Plans call for a mix of commercial and active adult residential. The project is estimated to exceed $60 million and commence construction in 2021.

Located in the heart of Sandy Springs, this 5.24 acre site was successfully rezoned to a mixed-use, high density zoning. MidCity sold Bank of America the pad for a new retail location, and the balance of the property will include 291 multifamily units with 10,000 SF of ground floor retail. MidCity Real Estate partners completed a sale of this property to Davis Development who developed Adley City Springs Apartments, delivering in 2020.

Located in Milton, GA, the agricultural zoned land was repositioned and zoned to 12.8 acre new community consisting of 33 homes. Today, the project is known as Oakmont at Crabapple.

Located at Holcomb Bridge Road and Eves Road in Roswell, GA, the prominent 26 acre site repositioned and rezoned land originally zoned for office development to a mixed use development consisting of 160,000 SF of retail/office and 167 residential units. This landmark zoning helped create the first mixed-use zoning ordinance in Roswell, GA. The Great Recession in 2008 delayed the project. In 2014, John Wieland Homes commenced construction. Today the project, constructed by Pulte Homes, is known as Oakmont Crabapple.
