The Griffin Co. has scrapped plans for a SoBo (South Buckhead) office condominium building. The developer instead has put the 1.6-acre site at 1820 Peachtree up for sale for an undisclosed sum. “Our concept for 1820 Peachtree right now is on hold,” said Kirk Demetrops, senior vice president of Griffin.
